Camagüey, Cuba, July 11.- With satisfactory results in its main economic indicators, the Beverage and Soft Drinks Company (EMBER), of Camagüey, concluded the first semester of 2019.
The commercial production at the end of June exceeded 18 million pesos, a volume that represents more than 15 percent above what was planned for the stage.
Liuben Veloz González, deputy director of the aforementioned entity, said that figure also represents a growth with respect to what was achieved in the same period of the previous year.
The success was possible due to the overfulfillment in the generic assortments that develop among those that are the alcoholic beverages, with highlight for the rum Port Prince, and the dry wine and the vinegar.
The Camagüey Beverages and Soft Drinks Company has as a strategy to advance in the substitution of bulk productions for bottled ones, limited now by the limited capacity to generate packaging. (By Rodolfo Medina Hechavarría/Radio Camagüey) (Photo: ACN/File) (Translated by Linet Acuña Quilez)
