Highlight social responsibility and commitment of the Camagüey’s communicators


Camagüey, Cuba, Feb. 20.- Contribute from the Social Communication to the update of the Cuban economic and social model and encourage the appropriation and use of new technologies with ethics, responsibility and commitment are among the main purposes of the Camagüey.

In the analysis of the strategic objectives until the year 2022 of the Camagüey subsidiary of the Cuban Association of Social Communicators (ACCS), the Master of Science Rosa Maria Pérez, national president of the organization, summoned its members to be protagonists before the new challenges and insisted on the alliance with the Union of Journalists of Cuba and the University of Camagüey Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz.

In addition, she highlighted the social responsibility of the communicators when issuing content and urged to apply the historical legacy of José Martí, Ernesto Che Guevara and Fidel Castro, with emphasis on the concept of Revolution defined by the Commander in Chief.

Among the purposes of the guild in this territory is the consolidation of responsibility and commitment in the exercise of the profession for the safeguarding of social conquests, patriotic values ​​and national culture.

The creative mobilization in favor of sovereignty, independence, unity, peace and solidarity against the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed for more than 60 years by the United States to Cuba are added.
