Firefighters multiply wills between flames and the environment of the Covid-19 (+ Photos)

May, 2020.- The work of the Cuban Fire Department (CBC), is not limited to one day (from May 12 to 17), but is an action of 24 hours a day, ready, its members, to Minimize the effects of a fire and save human lives.

In the largest of the Antilles, the CBC was established on November 13, 1696, it will make 324 years of constant skill and abilities in flames. In Cuba, the LIV National Fire Protection Day is held (under the slogan “Let’s save, fires are avoidable”), in which demonstrative exercises are carried out to put into practice the entire theoretical process and skills and abilities of firefighters are evaluated , among many other actions that they demonstrate in each outing to combat these accidents.

The conference is also conducive to developing strategic exercises in confronting emergency situations in high-risk buildings or centers. In the middle of this year, the universal confrontation with the new coronavirus Cuba is modernizing not only with advanced techniques, but with tools and knowledge to successfully assume missions in practice and guarantee public tranquility in the event of possible fires, as well as rescue and rescue.

The new generations of Cuban firefighters continue the legacy of their predecessors.
